Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and that cancelations are sometimes inevitable. In my desire to be fair to all clients and to ensure appointments are available when you need them, as well as value my time. I require at least a 24-hour advance notice for appointment cancelations or rescheduling. If this policy is not followed, you may be subject to the full price of the scheduled service. Exceptions are at the discretion of the therapist and are utilized on an individual basis for emergencies only.
No Call/No Show Policy
Appointments missed or rescheduled outside the cancelation policy are billed at full price of the scheduled service. Any method of payment on file will be used to pay for the missed service. Exceptions are at the discretion of the therapist and are utilized on an individual basis for emergencies only.
Late Policy
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment.
