Investing in massage, is an investment in your health. Most people will benefit greatly from getting a massage at least once a month, if not, more. Upon your first session, it will be determined how often massage therapy is needed to benefit YOU the most to achieve your wellness goals. All clients are recommended to drink more water at the end of their session and proceeding their session. Ask me why it is extremely important to drink MORE water than usual after a massage!

Incorporates therapeutic and relaxing techniques including, Swedish massage, stretching, and other modalities depending on your specific needs. Two complementary hot towels are included in this session.

Hot Stone Massage
The combination of therapeutic massage and heat promotes deeper muscle relaxation through the placement of basalt, smooth, heated stones at specific points on the body and is also used as an extension of the Massage Therapist's hands. The direct heat of the stones helps to ease pain and melts away tension, increases circulation improving healing, and relaxes both body and mind. *This relaxing treatment is only available with a 90-minute massage session.

Chair Massage
Therapeutic massage is designed to ease and relieve tension in your body. No need to undress for this type of massage and little or no oil/lotion is used. This type of massage is best for events/parties. Pricing depends on the duration of time needed, location, and the number of guests. Please inquire within for pricing with the above details.
On-Site Massage
I bring my massage table, or massage chair, and supplies to you! This is ONLY offered to established clients or direct referrals at this time. Please inquire within for prices. Hot Stone Massage, not available for On-Site. Minimum of 60-minute massage required to travel On-site.

Aroma Therapy with DöTERRA Essential Oils
Choose from a variety of single oils, or an oil blend! Not sure which one to pick? Let me know if I can recommend some for you based on your specific wants and needs. The essential oil is diffused aromatically and infused topically with your massage oil/creme to naturally promote well-being. Extra hot towels are incorporated into this massage, adding the benefits of heat to help melt away your aches and pains. Take home your leftover infused oil, in an easy to use travel bottle. Eucalyptus $10
Creates a calm atmosphere during stressful circumstances. Provides a cooling sensation. Promotes feelings of clear breathing and open airways. Due to the oil’s main constituent, 1,8 cineole, Eucalyptus also has cleansing properties and adds to a soothing massage.

For those interested in incorporating SOME hot stones into their personalized massage, but do not want the many stones that are used in a full hot stone massage, and for those that do not have time for a 90-minute massage session. 8 stones are used here just on the back and shoulders as an extension of the Massage Therapist's hands. *A note about time…
Some Massage Therapists provide a 50-minute massage for an “hour” massage. Many would say that this is an “industry standard.” I have seen this in some large corporate massage chains. Please be assured that if you pay for a 60-minute massage with me, that you will receive at least 60 minutes of massage time (as long as you are on time). Your massage time starts when I start massaging, not when you come in the door. I do ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled session, so that we may discuss any issues you have to customize your session and, so you have time to use the restroom if needed and, to get on the table, before your session time begins. If you arrive late for your scheduled time, the time will have to be taken from your massage time. I also ask that you please keep in mind, that I have other appointments after you and, to please only use 5 minutes to get dressed and, exit the treatment room. All guests are welcome to use the restroom after the session, for further personal needs such as, fixing hair and make-up. Thanks in advance for your business, understanding, and cooperation.
